React Native App with EXPO

I need a React Native application, compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. It should be created using EXPO. The app will have the following components and features:

- Splash Screen
- Welcome Page: This page will have login, logout, and social login icons. For social login, the application should integrate with Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
- SignUp and Login Page: These pages should feature form validation and error handling.
- Dashboard Page: Post login, the user should be directed to the Dashboard page. The Dashboard should include Profile management and Notifications features.
- Bottom Tab bar: This should be used for easy navigation within the app.
- User settings page: A dedicated page for users to manage their settings.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Strong proficiency in React Native development.
- Experience with EXPO for React Native.
- Prior experience integrating social media logins, preferably with Facebook, Google, and Twitter.
- Familiarity with form validation and error handling in React Native.
- Proficiency in creating responsive and user-friendly designs, particularly for mobile applications.
