Reac native care recruitment agency app development like Florence app

I am looking for a skilled app developer who can create a React Native care recruitment agency app similar to the Florence app. The app should have the following features:
- Job posting and application: Users should be able to post job listings and candidates should be able to apply for those jobs through the app.
- Candidate matching and messaging: The app should have a feature that matches candidates with job listings based on their skills and qualifications. Users should also be able to communicate with each other through messaging.
- Payment processing: The app should have a payment processing feature that allows users to make payments for job listings or other services.
