Raspberry Pi Load & Distance Monitor

I'm looking for a developer to create a Raspberry Pi program that will read load in lbs and distance traveled using a load cell and string potentiometer (string pot).
Key Requirements:
- The program should graph the output on a separate page, at intervals of every inch traveled.
- The data visualization format for the graph should be a line chart.
- The main page of the compact 2-page app (which should open on boot up) needs to display the load in lbs and distance traveled.
- A second page should contain the line chart visualization of the data.
- The app should be designed to run on a Raspberry Pi.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in programming for Raspberry Pi.
- Experience with load cells and string pots.
- Skills in creating user-friendly, boot-starting applications.
- Understanding of data visualization and creating line charts.
- Ability to succinctly display relevant information.
