Random Video Call App

I'm looking to create a Random Video Call App which would be a native app. Along with video calls, it would also have in-app messaging. It would also need custom features, which could be specified later on. This app would be lightweight, highly secure and stable. It should be able to give an amazing user experience while running on any Android or IOS device. The custom features would depend on the users and the various scenarios of usage. Development should include features such as authentication and authorization, presence, audio and video calling, data transmission and reception, security, and privacy control. Additionally, the development should take into consideration scalability, extensibility and reliable delivery of the app.
