Quality Assurance and Progress Report
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I'm not sure what kind of system, such as an app or a web login, I'll need to make this work, but I believe a mobile app is the way to go?? I'd like to make a fill-in document out of a Word and PDF Quality Assurance and Progress Report. I'd like the ability to update and change this document based on the type of work I'm doing. So, even if I'm working on a multi-label project, I'll need to first set up the report.
The document contains a few fields that must be filled out in various ways. Each page requires you to check the Pass, Fail, and Non-Applicable boxes. I'd like to include notes at the bottom of each page, as well as a signature with a print name that can be filled out. Every time someone works on this document, I'd like it to save the current version, as well as all previous versions, with time stamps on each. I'd like a login so that every time someone looks at this document, I can only see previous versions remotely. It is very important that every version is saved in a cloud that I can download onto a hard drive to archiving.
