PyQT app needed

I am looking to have a cross-platform desktop app created in PyQT that is built off of a specific design template that I already have in mind. The app will need to meet basic feature requirements. I am expecting artists, programmers, and developers to work together to make sure that the features are implemented correctly and the design template is followed efficiently. This PyQT desktop application should be tailored to my exact needs, and I'm looking for someone who is highly experienced in this field.
