PumpTrack Locator – Full App Scope & Technical Specification Document (Stage 1 & 2) A comprehensive development blueprint for a map-based mobile app with reviews, admin moderation, and Firebase backend.

We're looking for a skilled developer or small team to help us build PumpTrack Locator, a map-focused app that helps users find pump tracks, leave reviews, and engage with video content and sponsors.

Our Scope Document is Extremely Detailed
We’ve created a full specification document outlining each stage (Stage 1 and Stage 2), including:
-Map-based POI system (Google Maps SDK)
-Firebase + Firestore backend
-User authentication (Stage 2)
-Review system with admin moderation
-CSV-based data upload
-Video integration via YouTube API
-Simple sponsor/ad system
-Admin email submission for new track data
-Social sharing features
-App navigation and UI structure

We’ve also included checkpoints throughout the scope. If you're interested, you may reference the final checkpoint number you've reviewed, and we’ll be happy to open a conversation about your bid.

Project Notes
1. We are already speaking with two developers but are open to additional bids.
2. We strongly prefer hourly work.

While the document is highly detailed, we feel the only area that may require extra attention is the map integration. Most of the other items (auth, reviews, media, etc.) are common in app development.

A. All graphics will be provided via working Figma files and PNG previews.

b. Firebase, Firestore, and Google Maps accounts are fully set up and ready to go.
