I am in need of an expert team or freelancer who can develop a website and a mobile app with AI-driven data population and blockchain infrastructure for me. The project aims to build a platform that's user friendly with real-time solution.

Here's what I need the platform to have:
* Browsing capabilities with real-time vector data
* Booking abilities and appointment setup
* Secure confirmation of the above
* Screening of applicant before access to appointment confirmation

While both the website and mobile app will offer these elements, I'd like the mobile app to include additional capabilities, specifically:
