**Hello, I want to develop a Website + Mobile App for my company “PropertyLe Innovation Pvt. Ltd.”
This will be a combined platform for Property Listing and Home Services.
I want a complete system where website and app both are connected with the same database.**

* Customer can **list their property** for Sell or Rent
* Add property photos, price, location etc.
* Search & filter properties
* Book **Home Services** like Plumber, Electrician, AC Repair, Painting, Construction etc.
* Service booking form + location access
* In-app call or WhatsApp chat
* Rating & review
* Push notifications

### **2. Worker / Service Provider App (Optional but preferred):**

* Worker login
* Accept/Reject service request
* Job details & tracking
* Wallet/payment system

### **3. Admin Panel Features:**

* Property approval / edit / delete
* Service booking management
* Assign worker to customer
* Worker record management
* Customer records
* Payments & earnings report
* Notifications control

### **4. Technical Requirements:**

* Website: React / Next.js (SEO friendly)
* Mobile App: Flutter (Android + iOS)
* Backend: Node.js / Laravel
* Database: MySQL / Firebase

### **5. Design Requirement:**

* Clean, modern & user-friendly UI
* Fast loading website
* App and website connected with same database

### **6. Additional Notes:**

* I need complete development: UI + Backend + APIs + Admin Panel

* Also provide cost, timeline, and technology you will use
