Property inspection app

I would like a quote to devekop a property inspection IOS app. The app is serios of questions that need answer during an inspection, add pictures, info, notes etc.It needs to be a template type t hat can be set up by the user to their own business name and details, etc. I can send you to a web based app that is operating for an exact model of what i require.
