Property Website App
Budget: $250 – $500 USD
Develop a mobile application (iOS and Android) that mirrors the existing property website, ensuring no separate updates or content management are required for the app. All content, features, and functionality should be sourced dynamically from the website in real time.
Key Requirements:
1. Data Sync & Content Delivery:
The app must load all content (properties, user data, payment info, etc.) directly from the website using APIs or a webview.
Any update made on the website (new listings, user changes, payment updates) must reflect immediately in the app without additional intervention.
2. Functionality to Mirror:
Property Listings: All filters, search features, property images, and details must be accessible and identical.
User Profiles: Login, registration, profile management, saved properties, messages, and settings must all function as they do on the website.
Payment Gateway: Same payment provider and transaction flow as on the site, including security and verification steps.
Interactive Features: Map integration, contact forms, scheduling visits, etc., must be fully functional.
3. Platform Compatibility:
Native or hybrid app for iOS and Android.
Support for modern OS versions and devices.
4. UI/UX:
Clean, responsive, and intuitive interface that matches the website’s branding.
Should not feel like a basic web browser wrapper; performance and responsiveness must be optimized.
5. Maintenance:
App must be low-maintenance; all content and logic changes handled from the website.
The app should ideally use WebView or API integration with dynamic rendering where necessary.
Technical Considerations:
Use secure HTTPS connections for all data.
Handle offline behavior gracefully (e.g., show error messages when connectivity is lost).
Ensure compliance with app store policies for WebView-based apps.
