I am looking for a professional developer/team to build 'PropLog', a comprehensive Society Management App. The project includes 4 major modules: Builder, Committee Member, Resident, and Security Guard.
2. Scope of Work (What I have ready):
Wireframes/UI Designs: I have a complete set of 35+ screen images showing the exact UI/UX and flow.
Defined User Roles: 4 distinct logins (Builder, Committee, Resident, Tenant).
Technical Flow: I have a step-by-step logic for every button and screen transition.
3. Key Features to Implement:
Authentication: Mobile OTP Login with Fingerprint/Biometric integration.
Builder Module: Project inventory setup (Unit DNA), 7/12 & OC document vault, and Ownership Transfer logic.
Committee Module: Maintenance tracking (Paid/Pending), Auto-Reminders (WhatsApp/App), and Expense Management with date-range filters.
Security Module: Real-time Visitor Entry with instant 'Allow/Deny' flash alerts for residents.
Personal Vault: Biometric-secured digital locker for Sale Deed, Index-2, and other legal documents.
4. Technical Requirements:
Cascading Dropdowns: Building ➔ Wing ➔ Floor ➔ Flat selection logic.
Dynamic Dashboards: Progress bars for sales and maintenance collections must update in real-time.
Audit Trail: Resigned committee members must be archived/blurred but not deleted.
Data Security: High-level encryption for personal legal documents.
5. Deliverables:
Complete Source Code.
Admin Panel (Web) to manage overall data.
App deployment on Play Store and App Store.
Post-launch support for bug fixes.
