This post is regarding ONLY the initial Proof of Concept for a patient management APP, before I hire a new developer for the main Android and iOS APP development.
PLEASE NOTE:
I had hired a developer from freelancer to manage this project before, but he was very disappointing. He wasted much time and money and could not manage some of the key features required, and I have to start all-over. This time around, I need a Proof Of Work qualification that you can mange the key features first before I Hire for the main project.
Phase-1: As proof of your qualification, I need first to develop a single test-page APP with the following buttons/functions working:
1. Download Button:
Download a Text file with Name / ID Number
2. Scan Barcode Button:
a. Scan a 1D or 2D barcode of ID
b. Look up barcode in downloaded file and display Name for that ID
3. Sych/Encrypt/Upload Button:
a. Sync 2 Phones via Bluetooth
b. Encrypt File in Phone-1
c. Upload file Phone-1 to Phone-2
d. Upload file to Phone-2 to Phone-1
e. Master (Admin) phone and Slave (Nurse)
4. Secure Message between phones using Cellular WhatsApp Button:
a. Text/Voice
b. To Individual
c. To Group
