Productivity App with AI & Cloud Integration

I am looking for a professional developer who can design and build a productivity tool as a web app, IOS, and Android application. This productivity tool is targeted for task tracking, team collaboration, and document sharing.
Needs:
#1 - RFP Writeup with details for these provide sample RFP, BRD,TRD you did for similar projects.
This is to create full documentation of needs not programming. Once we have requirements down based on your experience the project will go on to bidding.
Key Features:
- Integration with artificial intelligence and cloud platforms like Google and Azure.
- Supports multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) and Active Directory integrations.
- Seamless synchronization of the app across all devices for a real-time experience.
- Integration with email and calendar functionalities.
- Ability to upload cost receipts
- API and Flat File integration into customer systems (ability to customize flat file and API)
- Share cost information with ELITE, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics and other popular accounting systems.
- Integration with AI Apis (openai, Claude) where it will have ability to learn how user types and suggest notes for billing entries with clients.
- Client Account tracking and ability to import into webapp to create billing.
- Synchronize billing across to clients ERP/Accounting system
- Maintain GAAP Rules
- Basic CRM to track each "customer" for user their billing/costs.
- Full Encryption TNO User has access
-Login with email / code so passwords are not stored on to the platform.
Skills & Experience:
Ideal candidates should have a solid background in web and mobile app development, especially in the creation of productivity tools. Proficiency in AI and cloud technology integrations along with expertise in MFA/2FA, Active Directory, email, and calendar integrations is crucial. An understanding of real-time synchronization across devices will be highly beneficial.
