ProNow - mobile app live on google and apple stores - java,swift,php

Hi. I am Caleb Miller - owner of the ProNow app in Washington DC Area in the USA.

My app is written in java,swift,php,sql.
I need a development team to do this exact work:

Only a team with java and swift resources will be selected.
One fixed firm price to do the work - doing the work means LIVE and APPROVED by google and apple.

The app is live - so established teams can 1. install ProNow on the app store and 2. create accounts to test the flows.

Here is MY tasklist ::: I want the work done in chronological order. After each task make it live on google and apple stores.

1. Enable the international feature and make it live Android & iOS
2. Improve the Metadata on the chat feature

4. HTML Templates
All the html templates need to be cleaned up - USA date time stamp,
cleaner language, cleaner interface - functional, just not good
enough.
Include Caleb’s phone number and address (get it from www.pronow.app )

5. Customer Side Only ios and & android
The chat and safety badges should appear on every customer screen the
same - consistent header.

6. Business & Freelance Dashboard
