Power Apps for Hotel Task Tracking
Budget: $30 – $250 SGD
I need a Power Apps application designed as a task tracker for managing hotel rooms. It should primarily focus on housekeeping management tasks.
Key Requirements:
- The application will be used to track tasks related to hotel room upkeep
- It should help manage rooms status as below:
1) allow me to key in the rooms for defect inspection after check out
2) if there are no defect, shift the room to cleaning
3) to view cleaning status “ not started” “ in progress” and “clean”
4) prompt the inspector that rooms are cleaned and to inspect for cleanliness.
5) if there are defect, shift it to defect room with the defect description and option to attach a photo.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Power Apps development
- Previous experience designing applications for the hospitality industry will be an advantage
- Excellent understanding of task tracking systems
- Capable of integrating data management and analysis features into the app
