Power App & Power Automate Expert Needed

Internal PDF Management and Editing App, I'm seeking a developer to create an internal application for my company. So powerapp and Power automate.
I Need a simple app that works this way: 2 text box for manuale input 2 parameters that Will be name and Path of a PDf in OneDrive.
A butto that make show a popup with another text box when i input a new name for te PDF and another button tocopy the PDF with the new name in the same path.
Than open It with Adobe and make modificaton.
