Photo taking and album loading page in a Flutter project

We're developing a mobile app, with the photographing and image cropping function. We want to hire a Flutter developer to build the photograph page with below functions:
1. Take photo:
- Tune the focus and take photo with best clarity
- Crop the image in a rectangle area, with original resolution
2. Load image:
- Zoom in/out the image to get suitable direction
- Pinch and rotate the image, to get suitable scale
- Move the image to any position of the screen, even some proportion get out of the screen, to get the right proportion of the image in the rectangle
