Photo editing software using Artificial Intelligence

Build a desktop software with AI face recognition and skin image editing like FACEAPP or PORTRAITPRO.
The software should use AI to recognize the face lines and points and create the skin retouching, style, facial features and makeup using developed presets and apply them to the loaded photo.
What we are looking for:
A developer to create a photo portrait editing software using Artificial Intelligence.
Presets are to be created and generated. ( Makeup, Light, Hair, etc)
User interface is to be created.
