Photo-Search B2B Ecommerce Development

I'm looking to develop a B2B ecommerce platform tailored for wholesalers and manufacturers, with a unique photo-upload feature for product search. Flutter based App should work on iPhone and Android both and also website. Source code of the will be our property only. Developer can not use it in future.

Key Requirements:
- Users will search primarily for electronics, such as radios.
- Photo search function must include: In this, user will upload a photo of any product and app will search same photo and description in the database. There will be two options like Uploading a photo from gallery or a camera app will be opened and it will click the photo of the product and scan it in the database.
- Exact product match: Same option is available in Alibaba app, Amazon app.
- Similar products recommendations: Once any user will search any product in our app, it will keep on sending suggestions to that user on whatsapp and email.
- Product category suggestions
