Personal Loan App & Web Portal

I want to give our customers a simple, secure way to request personal loans from any device, so I need a complete application that works seamlessly as both a responsive web portal and a mobile app.

Core workflow
Applicants should be able to register, fill out a guided form, upload required documents, and track the status of their request in real-time. A built-in dashboard will let my team review submissions, approve or reject loans, and export data. Because our underwriting happens offline, you do not have to embed a credit-score pull.

Look & feel
Clean, modern UI that matches typical fintech standards—think clear typography, progress indicators, and reassuring micro-copy. I will supply brand colors and logos.

Tech preferences
I’m open to React + Node, Flutter, or any comparable stack that lets us share as much code as possible between web and mobile while still delivering snappy performance and secure API calls. Please outline what you plan to use and why.

Deliverables
• UX/UI mock-ups for both form factors
• Source code for web app and mobile builds (iOS & Android)
• Admin dashboard with role-based access
• REST or GraphQL API with basic auth / JWT
• Deployment instructions and a short handover session

Acceptance criteria
1. A user can complete the application in under five minutes on average.
2. The same back-end database powers both platforms without data mismatch.
3. All sensitive fields are encrypted in transit and at rest.
4. I can build the mobile app from the repo and publish to TestFlight/Play Console first try.
