I'm looking to create a personal file storage and sharing application that functions similarly to file.io. The platform should be built using ReactJS and hosted locally.

Key Features:
- File Upload & Storage: Users should be able to easily upload files to the platform for safekeeping.
- Secure File Sharing: It should support secure file sharing capabilities to allow sharing of files with trusted users.
- User Authentication & Access Control: I need a system in place for user authentication to ensure that only authorized users have access to the platform.

Additional Information:
- The project is intended for personal use, so there's no need for search functionality or complex file organization features.
- The app should be designed to be user-friendly, efficient, and secure.
