Penetration testing for ios and android applications

We have 2 different mobile apps we have fully developed and are ready to go into production. We are looking for a good penetration tester to make sure there is no flaw in the apps that an attacker can break into. We also want a complete report at the end of the test. And if you find any vulnerability in the apps, we want to fix it and perform a retest.
Please tell me if you can do this type of testing?
Please tell me what are the detailed activities you will perform as part of the test you will perform?
