Parking Marketplace MVP Development

I am building Parkera, a mobile marketplace that lets drivers locate, reserve, and pay for parking spots across Saudi Arabia while giving operators the tools to manage inventory and track performance. Phase 1 is an MVP covering the entire booking flow—from search to QR-code entry—and the essential operator dashboard.

Scope of work
• Mobile app in Flutter or React Native (your recommendation welcome)
• Node.js API layer with PostgreSQL, deployed on AWS or GCP
• Email-and-password authentication only for this phase
• Driver profile with booking history, saved payment methods, and favourite parking spots
• Real-time availability, time-slot reservation, in-app payments, QR generation/scan for entry
• Operator web panel for inventory management, entry validation, and basic booking analytics
• SMS and in-app notifications for all booking events
• Scalable, modular architecture; clean code documented and committed to our GitHub repo (full IP transferred)
• Weekly video demo and code walkthrough

2. A brief description of the architecture you propose (layers, major services, CI/CD, third-party APIs, etc.)
3. High-level timeline with major milestones until TestFlight/Play Store internal testing ready
4. Your team composition and the role each member plays
