PWA, IOS & Android Mobile App development for Football Industry

I am looking for a professional mobile app developer to create a progressive web application, as well as apps for both iOS and Android. These apps would be used in the Football Industry and will require detailed attention to meet my expectations. I'm looking for a qualified full stack developer to create the wireframes UI/UX design and produce a non functional prototype (no backend) to install on phone as a demo as a first milestone then progress to full build and deploy.
I need someone who will advise, guide and recommend best approach for a start up company to ensure uptake on mobile app once developed, so your input in regards to best use experience, data store databases (if required, where, how and implementation, ), required APIs and any 3rd party integrations etc would be most valuable to us.
