PDF Editor App - React Native

I'm looking for a skilled developer who specializes in React Native to build a PDF editor app for Android & iOS. The app needs to have the following features:
- Text editing
- Annotation tools
- Form filling
Also, the app needs to incorporate the use of electronic signatures . As for user permissions and security, I expect the app to be capable of basic PDF editing only.
Candidates who have prior experience with similar projects as well as experience in implementing electronic signatures in an app will be highly preferred. Strong knowledge of React Native is a must.
