Ordering App with Order Management System

Order Management System :
Need a Order Management System , that will work on Mobile as well as on PC . It will be a Pharma Order management system , in which there will be basically 2 Parts . 1st Part will be Ordering system , in which users will be able to give the orders from the app or web and 2nd part will be order management , i.e Processing of the order .
Part 1 : Ordering System : it will be general ordering process in which Parties and items will be pre feed. As there are many parties and many items , it should be AJAX based , or should get selected just by typing, This will be common Ordering system .
Part 2 : Order Processing :
Each order should now be ready for processing. Order Approval , Once the order is appoved it can be seen by the warehouses. The warehouse will then check ,Which items are dispatched and how many , The items dispatched will get removed from the order and if some items are not dispatched those will be pending .
Order Processing will be main component in which warehouse will check the order and then dispatch the material which is available with them, if the order is completely dispatched order will be marked cas complete , and if some items are remaining then this order will be modified as for example order no 101A , 101A will then be again processed may be by other warehouse and if not complete it will get 101B , like wise till the order is complete .
Reports : Orders List , Pending Orders, Partial Orders , Dispatch details, Partywise Order list, Itemwise order list, Region wise/ Depowise order , Vehicle Allocation and No of items, Reorder/ Pending status.
Notifications : Order received notification, Order Approved notification, Order Dispatched notification, Pending Order notification, pending order dispatched notification .
