Optimizing React Native List Rendering -- 2

I'm facing performance issues with item rendering in my React Native application, particularly when using DraggableFlatList and FlatList to showcase mixed content, including text and images. The typical load ranges from 100 to 200 items.

Key Requirements:
- Deep understanding of React Native and its list components
- Proficiency in optimizing rendering performance
- Experience with mixed content in lists

Your task will be to enhance the performance of these lists, ensuring smooth and efficient rendering of all items.

we need to fix below 3 issues in our existing react native app

1. Performance issue : We are using DraggableFlatList and FlatList to display the data.
Performance issue need to fix when doing daily entry and reloading the customer list. Also all the place when customer list is taking time to load.

2. Scroll issue : We are using DraggableFlatList and FlatList to display the data.
Facing issue when scrolling the list of customrs e.g. it’s flickering the list if more data is available in list. Need to fix the issue to make the user experience better.

3. Google play store update popup :
Update popup to the users when new version of the app is published on the Google play store. Force user to update the app if new version is published
