Optimize Initial Map Load in React Native App

My taxi booking app, built in React Native, is experiencing slow initial map loading times. This is particularly affecting user experience.
Key Aspects:
1 Update on the cars that appear on maps, when searching for directions to order a taxi, it
makes it return slower and slower, the more users the slower
1.1 With the update, all cars will be removed from the maps, to search for the address until
arriving in the order part, once the start and end addresses of the trip have been entered,
and the user enters search for a taxi, then the app, It will start searching for the cars, and
only at this stage will the cars appear on the maps,
2. Correct current error in orders, taxi orders arrive first to a driver and if that driver does not
accept it takes time to move on to the next one, or it must stop ringing to notify the next
driver
2.1 As is demand and supply, the notification of the taxi order must reach all drivers at the
same time, with a minimum time difference, so that the passenger has several offers at the
same time from several drivers to choose from. one that suits you
