Online Bank Creation with Mobile App
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m moving forward with the launch of a fully digital bank focused on traditional savings and checking accounts. The core of the build is an online-only platform that users can access through web and a companion iOS/Android mobile banking app.
Here’s what I need help with:
• End-to-end architecture for an online bank, including account opening, KYC/AML flows, secure login, and real-time account ledger.
• Development of the mobile app that mirrors web functionality—balance-checking, fund transfers, instant notifications, and basic bill-pay hooks.
• Integration with payment rails (ACH, card issuing, and, if viable, instant payments) so customers can move money seamlessly.
• Regulatory and security best-practice implementation—PCI-DSS–level security, data encryption in transit and at rest, and audit logging that satisfies banking regulators.
• An admin dashboard for compliance officers and customer-support staff.
Acceptance criteria
1. A deployed, test-ready web portal and mobile app (React Native or native) demonstrating live savings and checking transactions in a sandbox.
2. Clean, well-documented API layer with Swagger/OpenAPI docs.
3. Source code, deployment scripts, and a short hand-off session so my internal team can maintain and scale the platform.
