Offline image classification in mobile device ( must bid with proposal and solution approach)

Must respond with your solution approach -
I want to run my mobile application without internet connectio on Android/iOS devices., I e. Offline and it should classify the real time images when captured offline .

If photo is taken it should identify
1. whether background is blank
2. Face is covered
3. Pose is appropriate
4. There is no negative energy, offensive content in image
5. Wrong orientation
6. Incorrect lighting
7. Offensive body posture
8. Not looking at camera.
