Objective-C to Kotlin/Java Port (react native app)

I need an existing react native iOS project rewritten for Android. The project is hosted at https://github.com/dogtronic/blog-pose-detection/tree/master.

Key Requirements:
- The UI of the existing iOS application should remain unchanged.
- The rewritten project should support Android 10.0 (Q) and above.
- The choice of language for the rewrite is flexible. It can be either Kotlin or Java, depending on your expertise and recommendation.
- Provide exact spec (versions of ruby, cocoapods, xcode, java, gradle, node etc) with instructions on how to run the app both on iOS and Android emulators.

Ideal skills for this job include:
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java
- Strong understanding of Objective-C and iOS development
- Experience in Android development
