ODK Data Collection System customization

We are looking for a developer who has extensive work experience in the ODK data collection system.

Here is the task:
'We need to pass some info from the application part to the survey form. For example, some information on the Survey Form (such as name and mobile number) will be auto-filled with data obtained from the database in the application part.'

Requirements:
• Work experience in ODK data collector system customization
• Have the ability to work on-site if needed
