OCR and GPT integrated mobile APP.

I'm in search of an expert app developer who can help me create a productivity app, similar to PhotoMath in functionality and layout. So not a very complicated or big app. The app will work like PhotoMath but with the integration of OCR (google vision or Microsoft vison api) and GPT-3 or GPT-4. You will need to be good at handling data and making the integration between the API seamless. You will decide what APIs to use so you are comfortable with working with it but we require that you have good knowledge and understanding of API integration in apps.

How the app will work -
User opens app - app instantly opens camera - user taken photo - Photo will be analyzed with Vision OCR - the analysed text will be sent to GPT - GPT Gives the answer to the user.

Key Requirements:
- I want to work with a freelancer not a Agency.
- The app needs to be developed for both IOS and Android.
- Specialized AI skills are crucial, specifically expert knowledge of OCR for text recognition and GPT-3 or GPT-4 for language prediction.
-App needs to work seamless and the data handled correctly.
