New mobile application for existing insurance business

We are seeking an experienced mobile app development team or full-stack developer to build a secure, scalable mobile application for our financial services distribution business. The app will serve our agents and independent consultants and will integrate with our existing PHP/MySQL member platform.
The objective is to create a modern Android-first mobile application with iPhone/iOS support thereafter or concurrently. It will allow our field representatives to conduct business efficiently from their mobile devices.
You will be expected to use Ai to speed up the process of creating the app. More details are provided on the attachment.
