New Web Stack Exploration

I'm looking for a seasoned web developer with experience in MEAN, MERN, and LAMP stacks. The primary goal of this project is to investigate the strengths and weaknesses of these stacks in order to determine the best fit for a new web application project. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance optimization, new feature development, and scalability improvement. Experience in creating applications for various target audiences would be a plus.
