New - React Native Data Usage Monitoring Component

We're looking for a developer who has already done this and can immediately implement the function so the time frame to deliver should be "immediate" (4 days maximum).
We already finished this in Android, so the description below is only for iOS now.
I need the basic data monitoring function of the app below but you do not need to create any of the interface. If you have the complete module/app that we can add to our react native mobile app that's a huge plus! All we need is to add to our existing React Native app the function of monitoring IN THE BACKGROUND mobile data (and preferably also wifi) usage so our app can execute tasks based on data usage.

I'm looking for a React Native developer who can create a component for our iPhone/Android app. The component will monitor mobile data and Wi-Fi data usage IN THE BACKGROUND EVEN WHEN THE APP IS NOT RUNNING, showing total data usage for the device (per app is a benefit but not needed) and this has to be real-time data monitoring. We only need the componente to log this data so that we can use the used data amount to trigger actions via API.
Key requirements:
- MANDATORY -> monitor data usage in real time from the mobile network and THIS MUST BE DONE IN THE BACKGROUND EVEN WHEN THE APP IS NOT RUNNING. Then we need it to trigger actions based on certain usage amounts.
- The component should be able to IN THE BACK GROUND track data usage for the dev
ice, if both mobile and Wi-Fi are monitored its better and if its per app that's ideal BUT NOT MANDATORY.
- It should be capable of real-time data tracking.
The logged data should be presented as a textual list.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in React Native
- Experience in developing data monitoring components
- Ability to deliver succinct and clear data presentation
