Network Admin Application (Desktop & Mobile - Prefer Xojo and Python GUI) -- 2
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Network Administration console which allows you to send commands to switches/routers, view a graphical overlay of the device (ie the switch, ports, etc.), view LLDP neighbors, config backup, etc.
Looking for a cross platform desktop and mobile application built for this purpose.

My apologies for not being as responsive so far as I should have been during this process, we had some bad weather here and power was lost for days.
Anyway, I am back and reposting to give time to answer any further questions, and/or provide further info to the project itself for everyone.
The purpose of this application, is the ability to send a command, set of commands, config backups, visual representation of the device in question, along with LLDP info with the connected neighbor info.to network switches and routers across the organization.
This could be a challenge, due to the various amount of network device OSes (such as Cisco IOS, Extreme EXOS, Juniper JunOS, Ruckus FastIron, and so forth - all with different syntaxes and features.
This system needs to be modular to support the ever growing list of network devices, OSes, and OS versions with differing features/functionality between OS versions.
This means, there needs to be an easy way to update this system as time goes on with new switch/router OSes and features - possibly by way of uploading the newest switch firmware code and parsing the differences, or via an Admin on the back-end modifying the syntax/commands/snippets. The ability to upload device related MIBs would be great as well.
To narrow the choices and array of switch/router makes and models, with version 1.x of this app would like to be able to support the following current switch and router product lines of the following manufacturers:
Cisco
Extreme Networks/Brocade
Ruckus Networks/Wireless
Juniper
Aruba

The app should be able to allow users to select the manufacturer, product line, and specific models of the network device in question, and it should load a visual representation within the app like the Ruckus FastIron switch web management view. This should allow the user to be able to manage/monitor the device via this web interface, or simply use the interface to send a command or snippet directly to a device across the network, as well as config backups and diff changes. Something similar to how rConfig device management app/service (http://rconfig.com).
To keep the program from being too busy/complicated, only a subset of remote commands should be able to be ran (so the entire device OS does not need to be parsed) such as changing port VLANs, tagging/untagging, ping/traceroute/jitter, and other simple daily admin/maintenance workflow processes.
With this new information, please think of any questions you may have, or need some clarification - please let me know.
