Needs a Flutter Mobile Apps -- 2

- MUST be able to run in Android and iOS
- MUST upload all resources to Github repo
- MUST enable tracking
- MUST be able to use OPENCART API

3. We have the github source for flutter

WE NEED:
1. to complete the 2-3 pages missing UI pages
