We are looking for a skilled Lead Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of the development of Parse’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP). In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary developer, responsible for refining and maintaining the codebase, collaborating daily with leadership, and managing all aspects of development—from testing to deployment. You will drive the implementation of core features such as prompt management, metric tracking, and user settings, ensuring Parse meets user needs and launches successfully.
- Lead Development Efforts: Serve as the lead full-stack developer, making critical technical decisions and steering the development process.
- Code Ownership: Clean up and maintain the existing codebase, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and well-documented moving forward.
- Collaboration: Work closely with leadership daily to align on priorities, provide updates, and contribute to strategic planning.
- Feature Development: Design and implement core MVP features, including:
- Prompt management (database, custom prompts, historical tracking, and LLM integrations).
- Accurate LLM metric tracking (visibility, reputation, mention rate, position).
- User settings (account management, plan upgrades, billing, and notifications).
- End-to-End Ownership: Handle testing (unit, integration, and end-to-end), manage infrastructure, and oversee DevOps tasks to ensure a smooth launch.
- Deployment: Deploy and monitor the application on Vercel, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Product Input: Participate in planning and product discussions to shape the MVP and future iterations.
Requirements
- Frontend Expertise: Strong experience with React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and shadcn/ui - components for building modern, responsive user interfaces.
- Backend Proficiency: Skilled in developing GraphQL APIs with services for business logic
- Authentication: Familiarity with Supabase Auth and JWT tokens for secure user management.
- Architecture: Comfortable working in a monorepo structure (e.g., /api and /web directories).
Deployment: Proven experience deploying applications on Vercel.
- AI-Augmented Development: Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor and Claude 3.5/3.7 (or similar) to enhance development workflows.
- Full-Stack Versatility: Ability to handle all aspects of development, including testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
- SaaS Experience: Background in building SaaS applications, including user authentication, authorization, and subscription management.
Preferred Qualifications
- LLM Integrations: Experience integrating with third-party APIs, particularly LLM providers like - Anthropic, OpenAI, and Deepseek.
