Need technical Co-Founder for Delivery app in niche market

Hello Everyone,

I am currently working on a new app that is in a niche market in need of the service. I already have a clickable prototype completed. The app is also patent pending. I'm searching for a technical co-founder with the ability to complete all the programming and algorithms needed to make this app fully functional. This app will have 4 different UI's. I need a technical co-founder that can handle this and come aboard. In exchange for your expertise and building this app and being my partner I am willing to give you 30% of everything this app and company can potentially become. I hope to find someone to be a long term partner in this venture. If you have the skill to do the type of programming and create the kind of algorithms running some of the popular known delivery style apps out there, you are the person I am looking for. An NDA will be provided and must be signed before additional details are given.

All applicants will be considered, but someone located in Florida would be great for ease of communication and meeting when necessary. Again, I will still consider all qualified applicants.
