Need to make an IOS app that will automatically edit and create authentic text on Meme's

I'm looking to make an app that has all the same functions like the one in the link below:

Our app will need to work on all iOS devices (iPhones and iPads). A couple differences that our app will have are:

1. We will have a watermark that can be removed with IAP.
2. Some of the GIFs will be locked, and others will be free. User will have to make IAP to unlock some of them
3. Users should be able to search for our custom GIF options
4. I want to have an option for user to view and search all GIFs from GIPHY or Tenor. And when user types a text, it automatically applies that text to the bottom or top of those GIFs and they tap on it to select and send it.

I believe some type of AI will be needed to make this app. The developer will be responsible for creating the blank sections on the GIFs as well as a matching text style that will fit into each GIF like it is in the reference app. For the first launch, we will need at least 100 custom GIFs and also the GIPHY function like I mentioned above in #4.
