Need A flutter developper with understanding of Firebase function of my chatApp.

I am looking for a Flutter developer who has a good understanding of Firebase functions for my chatApp. The current status of the app is that it is in development and I am in need of some improvements and features to be added. I have a detailed list of these improvements and would like them to be implemented as soon as possible. I am open to the developer's suggestions as well. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
-proficiency with pushnotifications as it is an important feature of our App
