Need Mobile Staffing / Scheduling / Timekeeping App

I’m looking to get an existing solution or have a mobile / web based app created that allows me to hire employees, book people on client jobs, record their time and generate payroll export excel files. Software would need to interact with our SQL database used in our current Applicant Tracking Software. This app would need to be similar to apps like Upshift, InstaWork or Shift Gig.
