Need a Flutter Developer for mobile gaming app

A mobile gaming application has been developed in 2021. We are looking for a capable and intelligent developer to update the app and maintain it in future. The responsibilities of the selected freelancer would be:

1. Identify the gaps between the existing app which is on old version of Flutter and the latest version of Flutter
2. Update the code to ensure it meets all Google PlayStore requirements and policies
3. Ensure that necessary iOS plugins, in-app purchases, and payment mediation network, to move forward and roll out the app on iOS
4. Resolve the bottlenecks and help in rolling out the application

Note: There is an option to continue in a long term arrangement, if delivery meets expectations.

Required skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Flutter development for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience in creating mobile apps
- Ability to bring a specific design or layout to life
- Knowledge of game development principles and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with a team
- An idea of ad networks
