Native iOS and Android developer for implement specific app features

We are a startup based in Italy and we have developed a chat application that makes communication customisable and entertaining.
The app in written in react native with js but we need help for integrating certain features which need to be written in native iOS and Android code.
We adopt all modern tech for team working and team communication including jira, slack, ... which help us work smoothly.
For our app we have to feature to implement:
1. integration of third party GIF and sticker libraries which are already provided by external API such as snap.com's sticker kit
2. background process for parsing incoming chat messages even when app in closed
