Native Developer for Deeplink Integration

I'm looking for a seasoned native mobile developer to help integrate a deeplink into my app targeting both iOS and Android platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with both iOS and Android native development
- Proficient in deeplink implementation
- Can work without pre-existing screen designs
The primary function of this deeplink will be to open a specific screen within the app. I currently do not have a design for this screen, so creativity and experience in UI/UX design would be a plus.
