Naruto Inspired Turn-Based Mobile Game / Copy of existed one

I'm looking for a developer to create a turn-based mobile game inspired by Naruto. The game ALREADY exists in google/app store, but I do NOT have an open source code of it, still looking for it, but I would like to know what options we have to create the same as the one that exists, just a copy of it, but that we have full access to database, so we can add/remove and change stuff around, like in-game events, top up prices and many more things.


Looking for someone who is somewhat familiar with the the series, but also someone who knows exactly what we need to get it up and running.

Would be a long term collaboration, as I would need someone to maintain is also. (Server)
