AI and NLP Mobile and WebAPP

We are looking for an experienced AI/NLP Developer who can develop a web and mobile application for document processing using AI and NLP technologies. The application should be able to recognize different file types, such as pdf, text, jpeg, png, pub, and doc files using text recognition. The user should be able to ask any question for an answer from the document and the openAI API.

The ideal freelancer will have experience with OpenAI API and other ML/AI software to build the application.
