NFC Goat Farm Management APP with 2 Sections: Activity and Report

I am looking for a skilled developer to create an NFC Goat Farm Management APP. The goats will haveNFC tags on them.
I have attached the APP Mock-up. (please look at it)

On the Home page, there are two sections: Activity and Report.

Activity Section:
For the Activity section, this section will be very straightforward. The pages are for adding action to the database table.

Report Section:
The Report section will consist of 4 basic reports: (a)farm summary, (b) productivity summary, (c) goat leaderboard, and (d) goat details(this will show up when the goat is scanned). The goat details report will require some complex querying to calculate the ethnicity percentage(shown in the PDF).


Additional Requirements:
- The farm currently has more than 100 goats, so the app should be able to handle a large number of goats.
- The ideal developer should have experience in NFC technology and app development.
- Knowledge of goat farming processes and reporting systems is preferred.
